AI and Phenix

Phenix is supplied with several AI tools that can help you decide what to do and to help you solve your structure:

• The Phenix chatbot will answer your questions about Phenix and how to use Phenix tools and how to solve a structure
• The Phenix AI agent can automatically analyze your X-ray or cryo-EM data and solve your structure. It can also run many Phenix tools for you.
• The Phenix AI analysis tool can look at you log file and suggest what to do next.

If you are a beginner, ask the chatbot how to solve your structure if you have X-ray data (or cryo-EM data). Use the AI agent to automatically set up and analyze your data for you,and use the AI analysis tool and the chatbot to interpret your results.

If you are an advanced user, try the AI agent as a tool for quickly screening your data.
