Thanks for the clarification. If I remember correctly the Phenix.Refine manual still states that xplor is the default format? </p>
<p>Anyways, to load ccp4 style maps in Pymol, just exchange "xplor" with "ccp4" in my previous command example. (just wanted to add this fit clarity)<br></p>
