Hi Joel,

These URLs (http and https, with and without "www") are working

https://phenix-online.org
https://www.phenix-online.org
http://phenix-online.org
http://www.phenix-online.org

Do they all fail for you?

Can you tell me which IP address you are using to access the website? On
some occasions, the IT department will block specific IP addresses if there
is some suspicious activity.
