[phenixbb] Refining cytochrome structure with hemes

Dear Phenix developers.
I have a simple question regarding the real space refinement. I am working
on a cytochrome structure and I would like to know how to refine the model
with hemes present against the map? Also, how do I create vinyl bonds at my
cysteine positions to connect the hemes?  More ideally, could I refine the
heme geometry as well? Thank you in advance!
