[phenixbb] contour values for Polder and FEM

Hi,

for Polder map it is the same rule of thumb as for usual mFo-DFc.
For FEM it does not matter by definition of FEM map 
(http://journals.iucr.org/d/issues/2015/03/00/lv5075/lv5075.pdf).
