[phenixbb] Unwanted LINK records

Hi Luca,

Try running with the parameter:

refinement.pdb_interpretation.automatic_linking.link_ligands=False

Check if automatic linking is enabled with the All parameters button in the
GUI. Looks like the default might be True?
