[phenixbb] MRage & hhr

Hi, 

I've been trying to run MRage with an hhr file from HHPred, without much
success. Phenix claims it does not recognize my hhr file. This is in the
latest official release, I've tried older versions with the same
outcome.  

I'll appreciate your help.
