[phenixbb] Bug in 2.10.3 with scrolling

If one scrolls an alignment (not WRAP mode), the names of the sequences scroll but not the sequences with it.  Using the scroll bar works correctly.  Running 2.10.3 on MacOS 10.12.6 with Java version: 1.8.0_151.
