[phenixbb] Phaser multiprocessing with OpenMP available

Hi all, 

On the Windows and the Linux Centos6 build we have recently enabled
OpenMP of Phaser in Phenix as to take advantage of PCs with multiple
CPUs. Feel free to try out these nightly builds and let us know about
any problems.
