[phenixbb] Change of PHIL definitions in phenix.find_alt_orig_sym_mate

I have changed the PHIL definitions in this program from 
AltOrigSymMates.moving_pdb to AltOrigSymMates.moving.pdb and from
AltOrigSymMates.fixed_pdb to AltOrigSymMates.fixed.pdb.

I'm not sure if it is being used elsewhere but let me know if you 
encounter an error due to this.
