[phenixbb] mmCIF file must contain at least one data block

Hi Ursula,

most likely this is an admittedly obscure indication of the fact that 
some of input files that you gave to phenix.refine is corrupted in some 
way. If you send me all inputs (and tel how you run the program) then I 
will try to figure out.
