[phenixbb] Fo-Fc omit map for ligand in the protein-ligand structure

Hi Nat,
For standard omit map, do you mean using Phenix-> Maps -> Composite omit
map. And omit map method: Anneal and map types: 2mFo-DFc. Thank you so much!
