This is not quite an accurate statement. To calculate a Fourier map one 
requires amplitudes and phases. (Fobs(+) - Fobs(-)) are the amplitudes 
for the anomalous difference map. The phases come from Fcalc (actually 
from Fmodel), one way or another.
