[phenixbb] Using .fcf file with Phenix

Dear Rex,

the fcf-file is the OUTPUT from shelxl, you do not want to use it as
INPUT to anything except for display or validation purposes. You
should read in the hkl-file instead that was used to create the fcf-file.

For displaying the map, you can read the fcf-file directly into Coot.
For figures with e.g. pymol you can use my shelx2map, part of ccp4, to
create a ccp4-map.
