[phenixbb] completeness problem in phenix.refine

Hi Yarrow,

I'm not sure I understood your question, sorry.. Are you saying that you 
believe your MTZ file contains 100% complete dataset but phenix.refine 
(or other Phenix tool) reports 50% ?
