[phenixbb] den_refine on cluster

Hi Michael,

Currently the only way to run the DEN implementation in Phenix on a SGE
cluster would be to submit a set of individual jobs with different
weight/gamma pairs. Adding more direct SGE support is on our list of things
to add, and hopefully that will happen soon.
