Hi Morten,

while I'm waiting for the files, and then while working on fixing the 
problem (if you send me the files), could you please try one more thing?

Try switching from the default:

bulk_solvent_and_scale.mode=fast

to

bulk_solvent_and_scale.mode=slow

In the GUI you will need to go to "All parameters" to do so.
