[phenixbb] Rosetta and disulphides

Hi phenix-bb'ers,

Is there anyway to make phenix.mr_rosetta take disulphide bridges into
account? It's a rather enormous restraint on conformational space after all
(wait is that a constraint or restraint? I get confused).
