[phenixbb] Phaser and PTNCS - bug fixed in latest builder for Phenix?

Hi Rafael,

When a bug is fixed and committed to our code repository, then the fix automatically becomes part of the next successful nightly build of Phenix.  So this bugfix will indeed be included in last night's (dev-1143) build, or any other builds after the 14th of August.
