[phenixbb] Iterative build composite omit hanging

Hi Jose,

I'm sorry for the trouble!  It is hard to know what could be causing
autobuild to hang with this one omit region.

Can you possibly send me off-list (terwilliger at lanl.gov) the log file for
this one omit region?  In the job where you ran just the one omit region
(with something like "omit_box_start=3 omit_box_end=3") the
AutoBuild_run_1_/AutoBuild_run_1_1.log file will be helpful. Also a
listing of the directory TEMP0:

ls -tlr AutoBuild_run_1_/TEMP0

will be helpful.  Finally if you can send the last log files shown in that
listing of TEMP0 those could be helpful as well.
