[phenixbb] Phenix 1.7 with Rosetta and PBS/Torque

Reading the documentation is is unclear with queue system will work with
Phenix 1.7. qsub is mentioned but not referred as the qsub from Torque/PBS
or qsub from Grid Engine. Which qsub are the developers referring to?
