[phenixbb] Error message when starting phenix gui

Unless there are other obvious problems with the GUI, this error can  
be ignored.  I see the same thing (also on Ubuntu 9.04), but  
everything appears to be displayed correctly.  I'll see if I can  
figure out how to get rid of the message though.
