How can I give specific ncs restraint? The following is not working. Can anyone help me?

refinement.ncs.restraint_group {
  reference = chain I "not (resid 18, 61, 63, 64, 82)"
  selection = chain J "not (resid 18, 61, 63, 64, 82)"
}
