If I want to use F, SigF and HLA, B, C and D in the phenix refinement, should I use the same command like
phenix.refine data.mtz model.pdb, where data.mtz contains FREER, F, SIGF, HLA, HLB, HLC and HLD? How do I check that phenix.refine used the HL coefficients? Looking forward to hearing from you...
