[phenixbb] phenix.refine GUI freezes when using Coot or Pymol

This is a bug - it'll be fixed in the next release.  Since Coot  
returns control of the console when run from the command line I had  
assumed that it would run in the background when started from the GUI,  
but this obviously isn't the case.
