This is avery difficult bug to reproduce and therefore resolve. There
is a new GUI in the works right now. I will attempt to solve this
problem but you have options. You can re-run the GUI and see if it
avoids the problem area. You can re-run the wizard using the command
line options which does the same job but avoids the GUI completely.
Use phenix.doc to read about the AutoSol wizard command line options.
