[phenixbb] poor phasing

Hi Vennila,

I would suggest running

phenix.xtriage

on your data, and examining in particular its analysis of

1. twinning
2. possible space groups (are your certain that there is a screw axis?)
3. measureability of anomalous signal as a function of resolution

In 1.4-4 you may have to run both p43212 and p41212 (current versions do
this for you).
