[phenixbb] Reporting phasing statistics.

Hi Francis,

If you have MIR data, then the solve_n.prt file will have in addition to
the FOM, the value of

RMS(FH)/RMS(E)

which is the phasing power, however, as you note, Rcullis is not
calculated . I'm sorry about that!
